I want to process my GC in EB2, but i have confusion in following dates. Please advice for following two questions.
Q-Which of the following date is considered the graduation date by USCIS?
Q-After which date the professional experience for EB2 will be counted by USCIS?
1- When the four year bachelor courses were completed (July, 2003)
2- The date printed on Final transcript (September 19, 2003)
3- The date printed on the Degree Certifcate given at convocation (March 04, 2003)
