    L1 to H1 transfer

    Hello ,

    Please help me.

    1.) I am on L1 and working in US now. I don't have H1 visa.Now another company is ready to apply for H1b for me ( In November). Can I stay in US without going outside of US and start work on H1b?
    2,) I have plans to go to India in month of January to bring my family. so do we have to go for stamping ?
