H1B Transfer

Hi, my H1 is with a small company A(100 employees) and I am working with a client through a Vendor company B (one of the Top 10 IT firms) for the past 18 months. Now if I apply for a H1 transfer from A to B:
a) what is the probability of getting a RFE/Query/Denial?
b) Is it too risky to apply for H1 transfer at this time?
c) If there are any queries on the transfer, does it impact my current H1 with my current employer A?

a) Transfer likely to be approved as it's Top company. Ask HR for more details.

b) No

c) No. As long as you have all pay stubs from A, no issue.
