H-4 Visa Help....!!!

Hello Friends,

I am working in US on H-1B visa. I am planning to get married in May 2010 and bring my wife here on H-4. She has been rejected F-1 (Student visa) twice before. Hence I don't want to take any chances and want to go through a consulatancy for all documentation and one who can handle this case well. Does anybody have any suggestion or any consultant information would also be helpful.

F1 criteria is totally different from H4 criteria. That rejection does not matter for H4.
