I have a question regarding my H1B. I got RFE on June 23 2009. My attorney has responded to USCIS stating that the RFE is under process and he sent this letter to USCIS on 24th July. He just sent a letter not the real RFE document. And then after he forgot to send the real document to USCIS and my status is same since july 24. So till what time I should wait for the H1B approval???????? Please help me as the status online says they will notify me within 60 days of the notice.
