urgent help - 221G white form at hyd consulate

Hi,

I attended for visa interview at Hyd consulate and got 221g white form. They retained my passport and asked me to send some information with client letter and resume. They mentioned, use only text format(*.txt). My questions..

1. All the information (14 questions)need to be write in mail? or save in note pad and attach to mail?
2. CV and client letter, can we send it in word format? or need to put it in note pad and save as file.TXT?

My wife got the 221g white form from Hyd....based on your description it looks like she got the same form as you.

We converted all word documents into .txt files (resume, project description). We attached the invitation letter as a scanned pdf copy.

Are you currently working in the US?
