Hi,
I attended H4 interview on 9th of october at Hyderabad consulate. My interview went very smooth in that I was just asked 4 qns:
1. Why are you going to US? (my ans: To join my husband)
2. When did you get married? (my ans: I told dd/mm/yyyy)
3. What took you so long to join ur husband? (we got married in 2007 actually) (my ans: personal financial committments towards my maternal family)
4. Can I see your husband's pay slips? (showed)
After this the VO took my passport, DS forms and my husband's petition copy and told me that my visa is approved and that I will get my VISA and passport in a week. He specifically said that it's approved and I would receive visa.
But till today my passport didn't even reach VFS forget about reaching my home.. I wonder and am sad why?
Has anybody faced the same situation? If yes, please let me know what and how did you resolve it.
