Me and my wife appeared for H1 - H4 renewal apppointment at Mumbai consulate, the officer looked cool initially and asked the usual questions, but later he kept staring at the screen for few seconds ashed his colleague a doubt, and gave us 221g he said there is no problem from our side just administrative processing required from their side, which may take upto two weeks, He did not ask for any additional documents or any extra questions. He returned our passports and told us to keep checking the email and appear at the nearest VFS office
