Regarding H1B Interview documents- Please help

Hi,

I will be attending the H1B visa interview in chennai shortly.

I checked the chennai consulate web sites for the list of documents to be carried at

http://chennai.usconsulate.gov/h1bvisas.html

& I am fine with it.

I checked the Immihelp web site at

https://www.immihelp.com/h1-visa-stamping-documents/

In Immihelp there are lot of documents mentioned, which are not mentioned in chennai consulate website & I have also not received from my employer.
So I am really confused. Please help me.

What you see on the consulate web site is the bare minimum required documents.

But that does not mean you will not be asked for any other document. We have listed many different documents that people are being routinely asked for. If you don't go with them, your visa issuance may be delayed until you produce those documents.
