H1 visa holder dies in US, child a US citizen

I have a question that just popped up in my mind a few days ago. I am on H1 and my wife is on H4. Our girl was born in US and therefore is a US citizen. What if something were to happen to both my wife and I, would my parents (who are in India) be able to claim custody of my daughter?

Writing a will and designating a legal guardian for a child or children will ensure that the children will be taken care of in the event that they become orphans. If parents do not name a guardian, a judge will have to appoint one for the children, and the parents would have had no say in this.
