Help needed - L1 to H1 travel related question

I am currently located in India. I got my L1 restamping done a month before. I have my L1 valid till end of next year end.
Meanwhile my Company applied for H1 transfer. I learnt from them that it got approved a day before. I am planning to travel
back this week end to US.. Since getting H1 restamping is very diffcult for me due to time constraints. I have few questions

1. Is my L1 still Valid?
2. Can I travel back to US with my L1 restamping?
