797C - Courtesy copy - H1 Transfer

Hi,
Is it possible to do H1 transfer (or new H1 under non-cap category with different employer ) with just 797C - Courtesy copy ?

Courtesy copy says "This courtesy copy may not be used in lieu of official notification to demonstrate the filing or processing action taken on this case.."

This copy was sent to employer and origial sent to Attorney..

Is this valid for H1 transfer ? Is this normal H1 transfer process, or do we need to do any thing different ? Like submitting any extra documentation etc..

Seniors please help, I am one of those badluck guys, troubled by employer..

All that you need is the receipt number of the approval notice to prove that you are already CAP counted. You don't need to have the original approval notice for H1B transfer.
