visa stamp after the transferring to new employer

I wanna know where can i put the new stamp on my passport after i transfer to a new H1b employer.
Im currently waitin for my approval but i wanna make sure I can have the new stamp (visa) on my passport from my new employer without leaving the United states.

If you're in US, you don't need visa stamping. New I-94 comes with new approval notice.
If you have unexpired visa from old employer, you can still use it to enter US.
If you don't have and want one while in US, go to Mexico/Canada for visa.
