H1 Premium processing approval status

Hi,

I have applied for H1 under premim process. I received the receipt on 10/23.
on USCIS website the status is still acceptance. my employer wants me to start from 11/02.
Just from past experiences, I wanted to know how long does it normally take to get the approval.
If it takes any longer it will loose that job. I want it reallt desperately.

The premium processing takes around 10-15 days. What is your existing visa status?
If you are currently in H1B status with another company, then you may legally start working for the new employer upon filing the H1B transfer.
