client letter

Hi All,

I have my h1 extension in the month of march 2010.

i have asked client about the letter and they said it is not possible to provide it as part of the hr policy

Also i have asked the middle vendor.even he said the same, he can not provide the letter.but he said he will provide me the Purchase order between my employer and middle vendor.

what are the chances of getting the extension with the below documents

1.PO between my employer and middle vendor(middle vendor will mention the client name/manager name/ on it)
2.time sheets.
3.pay stubs for last five months and w2

Do not go without a Client Letter. You need a certificate atleast from your PM with his designation printed (Comp letter head -preferable). It has been asked even at the port of entry.
