H1 Visa transfer ( Sr members reply pl)

I am having H1 visa valid till 2011. I left usa in the month of april 2009 after 6 months in USA and left the company also.

I am in india now.
Now I am getting new job.
Can my same visa can be transferred ? or i will have to again apply for the new visa.

What are the formalities. pl help.

Did you read the FAQ?
The same visa is still valid. You can use the same visa to re-enter U.S. Just show the approval notice of the new company at the POE and you are all good.
