Hi,
I have B1/b2 visa of ten years.I travelled to USA for six months and also tried for change of status from B1/B2 to F1 which was rejected.In that time i stayed almost 11 months till i get the result of change of status.Now my company which is US based has said that they will sponsor my H1b.On top of it My mom and dad are in US on H1 and so is my brother.
I do want to go to USA but i am scared of being rejected.and also scared that they might take my B1B2 visa.it has been just 4 months i came back from USA.
I dont the rules of H1b.Also i have one year of break in my job experience.How will it matter in H1b processing
