H1 to H4

Hi,

I came here on H4 visa March 2008, I got my H1 approved by a consulting firm in Oct 2008.
My husbands H1 visa was expired on March 2009 and he shifted his H1 to a different consulting company, but my H1 was with previous consulting company.

As I could not get placed and do not have any paystubs, my Company revoked my H1 in May/June 2009.

Its November now, Can I go to India and come back on H4 visa of my husbands company.

Please reply at the earliest.
