URGENT: H4 till Sep 2011 but passport expiry in april 2009
I have H1B Visa till sep 2011 ,both me and my wife have the passports dated uptill 2015.
BUT my son who is holding H4 Visa has his passport's expiry in April 2009.
I am applying for his Renewal of his passport.....
incase i dont apply for renewal,
till what time will he be given I94 at POE ---->till 2011 or 2009.
when his passport EXPIRES !!
Its very URGENT, please respond ASAP.
