  • h1b stamping

My husband has an approved h1b starting 1 october 2009. We are planning to get it stamped by february. My concerns are---
    1) The company is a start-up research company(medical) with 7 employees. Will this increase the chances of a delay in processing of the visa or what are the problems likely to be encountered if we go to india for stamping?
    2) Is it advisable to go to canada?
    3) This is company's first year with no tax records ---will this be a problem if we go for stamping?
    Honest advice appreciated!
    Thanks!

    1. Possible if the company or the work falls under TAL.
    2. One can if they have US degree.
    3. The company may need to show that they have the funds to pay and continue their work.
