DS 156 link for 221G

Hi,

I attended the H1B visa interview in October & I got 221G.

I got the required documents from my employer as mentioned in the 221G.

One of my friend told me that DS 156 needs to be filled again.

I searched in the internet for a link to DS 156 for 221g but I didn't find any.

Please help me.

Just submit whatever it says on the 221g and nothing else. When in doubt you can always call up VFS.

Now I found the link at Dept of State.

Can I use that link to fill my DS 156 ? Please confirm / help.

I am planning to go to VFS tomorrow to submit all the documents along with DS 156.

Does the 221g state that you have to submit 156? Call up VFS and ask them. There is no point in using some pdf form from some website.
