Change of Status From L1 to H1 Not Yet Approved

Hi,

I am currently on L1B and had applied for COS to H1B in September.
But not yet received any update from CIS about the approval.
I called up USCIS and got to know that my application is in last processing stage.

Does someone has any info as to when the remaining list of H1 will be out??

If the H1b application was accepted, you made it through the quota. The numbers remain available as of now until they run out or Sep 30, 2010 whichever happens first.
