Query on H1B

Hi All,

I need expert advice on the H1B legal aspect.

I got my H1B petition approved this year 2009,which was processed by my current employer , I haven't gone for the Visa stamping right now.
If I change my employer now Is there any adverse impact or risk on my Petition or Visa processing.

Your response will be highly appreciated.
