Regarding documents for H4

Hello immihelp team,

It would be great if someone could clarify the below statement:

In the supporting docs for h4 visa it is stated that -

"Form I-129 of principal applicant and letter from employer that describes the relationship with the primary applicant and purpose of travel'

In this case is it a letter stating the relationship of principal applicant with employer or principal applicant and the h4 applicant is required?

It would be great if someone could reply on this. This sounded like a very specific question so I am e-mailing you rather than posting in forum.
