H1-B Transfer and Extension with approved I-140 from a previous employer

I have a I-140 approved from Company A (EB3, PD 2/29/2009). I left Company A in November 2008 and joined Company B. My 6 year H1-B expiration date is 10/13/2011. I have accepted an offer from Company C who is filing for my H1-B transfer. Is it possible for Company C to use the approved I-140 from Company A to file for a 3 year extension beyond the current H1-B 6 year validity (10/13/2011). I am guessing that Company C can request for a transfer and extension for 3 years simultaneously for me to get an expiration date for H1-B for 10/13/2014. Can some one please provide their insights?
