H1b extension and travel to India

Hi,

My H1b will be expiring in September 2010. In the mean time I need to go to India in last week of May for 2 weeks.

Will it be any problem to re-enter US because the duration left in my Visa will be only 3 months.

I will be applying for my H1 extension after coming back from India. That is sometimes in June 2010. Hope that it will not be an issue

Please advice what should I do.

As long as your H1B visa is valid you can re-enter U.S.
