I am planning to go for H1 stamping interview in Mumbai.
Here is the situation:
Since Feb-09, our company has reduced our salaries by about 10 percent. However, my reduced salary is higher than the minimum prevailing wage mentioned on my LCA.
But my annual salary this year would be about 10 percent less than the previous years....We have not filed for any amendment
Do you think this could be an issue at the interview?
