H1 Cap after denial

I got H1 denial last month for employer A. Now I am planning to apply again with employer B. Is is possible that my application will get reject if H1 cap get full for FY 2010 provided I was counted in the cap for my first application. Does denial takes me out of cap?

The cap is still open and USCIS is accepting applications.

There are other reasons for denial than just cap.

Thanks for the reply. But my original question is - I got counted in the cap for my first application. Does that mean I reserved a place in the cap? If my first application got denial then I am still in the cap or I am out of cap?
