Hello, we just got our H visas from US consulate in Jordan,Can my family
( with H-4) travel to US after me(maybe 1 month later ) ? as i have to join my work early , or we should be together ? thanks for help.

Yes, they can travel later. It is not necessary for the dependents to travel along with the primary H1 holder.

It is still okay. Make sure they carry the required documents like your approval notice, marriage certificate, your employment verification letter, client letter, your latest paystubs and their valid passports with H4 visa.
