Hello ,
I am an MCA and here in H4 visa.
I applied for H1 this year and got approved. [means i got the H1 petitions but no new I-94]
If I go for an status change from H4 to H1 In premium processing
1. what will be the charge?
2. How much time will it take?

Your employer need to file an H1B amendment petition to try and change your status from consular process to COS. The success rate is less. Your company attorney need to give a valid explanation why they want to change the approval from consular process to COS.

1. what will be the charge?
$320 (filing fees) + $1000 for the premium process.

2. How much time will it take?
2-3 months by normal process and 15 days by premium process.
