  • New employer - H1B restamping

Trasferred H1B from Employer A to B in April' 09.
Now Going to India during Jan 2010.
My current visa is valid through October 2010.

    1) Should I go for a visa interview to get our visas(H1 for me and H4 for my wife) restamped ?
    2) If yes for (1), I do not have my wife's name in my passport in 'Spouse name' field, but my wife's passport has it. Will this be a problem ?

    Thanks for your time,
    Madan.

    >>>> Read the FAQ's in immihelp. This question is been asked thousands of times. There is no need to go for stamping again just for changing the employer. As long as your visas are valid (during your return), you can re-enter U.S with the new approval notice.
