I am holding a H1 visa and i am planning to go to US first time this november. I have my approval notice with me.

Can i take my wife also now itself? Will they tell that my wife need to submit payslips of the company and all?

In the approval notice, its printed as I-797, I-129 .. But where we get this Labor Condition Application (LCA) ? Is it needed?

Yes, you can take your wife now itself.

You don't require paystubs etc. because you never made any money in US.

LCA is with employer. Ask them for that.
