  • H1b Approval Till -2011

    Hi ,

I have H1b approval from 2008-2011.But still working on L1 only.

#1 )Now if at all i want to move to H1b after 18 months of approval will it cause any problem?

#2) Can i do H1b Transfer to any other employer if i get any good offer ,without having approval papers (i have soft copy of Approval notice). I just have Receipt Number of my approval notice.

    Please suggest.

        >>>> That is not true. If you don't submit the required documents, you would anyways get a query. At least in premiun process, you don't have to wait for a long time to figure it out.
