H-4 Visa doubt

Dear All,

My wife came to USA on F-1 Visa.

I applied for H-4 Visa when I was with my previous employer and she got her H-4 Visa.

Now I changed My employer.

She went to India and she will be comming next week.

Does it require that she has to go consulate in India and get stamped.

Appreciate your response on this.
