Change of work location - H1-B implications

Hi All - I am on a H1-B and contemplating transfer from a west coast office to an east coast office. I will be with the same company, (most likely) same division and performing the same function. Would that require H1-B amendment? New labor certification? Appreciate your input.

Yes. H1B amendment need to be filed for the change in work location.
