H1 approval status

Hey Folks,
Leaving India for vaction & planning for H1B stamping at Chennai consulate.How is the approval ratio? high or low? Is it advisable to leave the country?

Approval raton is as any other time. If you have that fear, then you can never leave the country. If you carry all the required documents, then there is nothing to worry about.
