Hello dear everyone,


My name is raju,i done my Masters in silicon valley university.I got a job ,my employer wants to file an h1b for me. But he wants file part time H1b,so if i agree with him will it be a problem to reject my part time h1b petition for next year2010. Please help me ,i need some information.

Part time H1B is a valid option. Your petition won't get rejected just because you are applying for a part time H1B.

As good as a full time H1B petition (as long as your employer submits all the required documents).

Thank you so much for your responses.I have couple of more queries ,please guide me sir.If my part time h1b is approved from USCIS then, while i am doing my part time job can i apply for a Green Card processing? or is it manadatory for me i have to be on full time h1b job?.....Actually i would like to write some comeptition exam XYZ to write that exam i have to do two courses in the online or on campus from any US universities. Is it possible can i do that two courses while i am on H1b.....could you please suggest me sir...your help is really appreciated
