Transfered L1-H1,Want to stamp H4 without H1 Stamping
Hi,
I came to US on L1 on 2005 and my visa expired on 2006, Since then I am continuing staying here in US by applying L1 extension twice. On 2009, I got H1 by applying L1 to H1 transfer. Since 2005 I have never gone out off the country, implying did not get stamped yet.My passport shows only one visa(L1) which has been expired.
Right now I am working on H1B status having my H1B Approval notice and I-94.
My Wife went to India with my kid(US citizen) and right now they are in India and my wife wants to come to US after H4 stamping
Is it possible, the H4 can be stamped with my H1B approval notice, pay stub and other supporting documents (which I will send her to India) without my H1B stamping ??.
If yes, then how the Visa cell will consider the photocopy of my expired L1 Visa
