H1B Revoke

I applied for H1B and was issued 221g

I am waiting for the consulate to reply on this since 2 months.

My question is can my employer revoke my H1b without informing me ?

I am worried because the client has already given the ultimatum to my employer.

Can anybody please share there views on this ?

H1b is employer owned petition and they can chose to revoke it anytime. However, that does not mean you cannot transfer the H1b to another employer as you are cap counted. Read FAQs.

Can I transfer my H1b even after it is revoked ?

I am in India currently and I dont have many contacts in the USA so I cannot get my H1B transfered at present

Yes. Revoke bars that employer from employing you using the petition. The H1b cap number belongs to YOU. Did you read the FAQs?
