H4 visa interview question

I am on a H1 visa and plan to get married soon when I go to India. We will not have the marriage certificate and photos when my wife sends her paperwork 30 days in advance to the consulate. Is the marriage card sufficient to get the interview and we can show the marriage certificate later when we get married and show it at the time of the interview?
please help!!!

you wont need the MC when u send the papers. They dont ask for that. U will need it at the interview
