H1B Sponsoring Application

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have walk thru H1B Sponsors/Green Card Application on immihelp.com It was excellent and amzaing . This site was awesome and very useful for decision making on transfer of H1B's to different sponsors.

Can you clarify few issues on this Application?

1 . Can we assume data was genuiene for H1B sponsors/Green Card Sponsors (No **** )? (Ex : List of H1B's applied on 2008)

2. Is H1B's sponsorers will insert the data in immihelp database?

3. Can we assume data pulled from USCIS ?

4. Where do you get the data for this application ?
