H1 B Transfer

Hi,

Thanks for resolving queries in the past.

I applied for H1B transfer on Jan, 2009. I received rfp and replied them with required documents in April 2009. Till date Dec, 2009 we have not received any update. It still shows waiting for documents. Although we have already submitted documents in April 2009.

Also important question is how long can I continue stay in this country with status pending. Also is there any problem for my employer to pay me with petition pending. he suspect and planning to stop payment from Jan 2010 if. Although I have the project till end of 2010 with client J P Morgan. Your help will be highly appreciated.

I suggest that you hire an attorney and he/she would schedule an InfoPass appointment with the USCIS and figure out what is going on.

It should not take this long.
