Hi,
My present H1B expired on SEP 30TH 2009 and my employer applied for extension on SEP 30TH 2009 and had a query which he answered this week.I am nor sure my H1B will be approved from my current employer as my current contract is for 3 month's.
Mean while can I apply another H1b through a different employer and get it approved? Is it fine as my present H1B is expired and I only have a receipt of extension.Thanks for your time,appreciate your reply
