I got laid off from my previous job on Dec 4th 2009 and I got my last pay check on Dec 18th 2009. Currently I'm searching for various jobs and in the final stage of finalizing some of the opportunity. My previous employer have a policy on cancellation of H1b in 30 days. That would be Jan 4th 2010. What are possible options I have to be in legal status?
I would require urgent help from your end. Can someone call me immediately?
I'm also open towards taking up a course here in New York, transfer to H1b on a temporarily. I require legal help to make a wise decision.
