H1b renewal stamping in India for consultants

Case : I have been working for my Employer (Consultant) for the past 4 years. My client is a financial company, who is now a part of the TARP. I have been on this project for 4 years now. I am planning to visit India this April and need to go for h1b visa stamping. My H1b petition has been renewed and is valid till Feb 2011, since we are stepping out of the country it needs to be stamped .

Note : I already have a H1b stamped on my passport from this employer , this just a renewal stamping.

Question : What are the chances of the visa getting rejected ? Since the client is a part of TARP are there any specific documents I need to carry from the client. Do I need to carry the employer's Income tax returns for the past 2 years .

Any H1 visa processing is same. And success depends on employer and job.
