Will L1 RFE in anyways affect my H1 stamping

Hi,
I am working for company A for 4 years in India. I applied for L1 new visa on October 2009 and I got RFE for that and the RFE due date is 13 Feb. 2010. Mean while my company A also sponsored my H1 visa on July 2009 and we received the approval notice for my H1 this month and I have my H1 visa stamping on January 19th.

My question here is will my L1 RFE in anyways affect my H1 stamping? How should I respond in my PA if interviewer asks anything about my L1 RFE? Any help in this regard will be a great help for me… Thanks…

No, it does not affect.
They won't ask about L1 RFE. Your employer has to reply to RFE, not you.
