I was on F1 visa and before its expiration I got my H4 approval due to my spouce working with a US company who is on H1B visa. I am going to India and will go for H4 visa stamp while I am visiting. My spouce's H1 visa stamp expires this month and my appointment for visa stamp is in Feb. Is there any concern with it? I will have his H1B approval notice and renewed I797 with me.
