F1 to H4
hello,
I am currently on my OPT. I got married here in court a month back. Now my husband and me are planning to go to India and i plan on cming back on H4 since my OPT expires in a 3 months. My questions are:
1>Can i get my H4 stamped before my husband gets his H1 stamped?( his H1 has been approved)
2>Will there be a problem for me getting an H4 since i did my masters from USA?
3>Since we got married in court there were no wedding cards And only a few pictures taken inside the court room. Will those be sufficent?
4>Wat kind of questions can i expect at the embassy?
I would really appreciate any help in this regard.
