Hi,

My first 3 years of H1 is getting over this November (2004). I have been living in India from past 1 year(1 year 3 months). I was not working all these 15 months. Can I file for my H1 extension now with the same company. What are the required documents? How much time do I have after November 2004 to file for my H1 extension? Please reply soon.
