Can i apply for H1B visa stamping in Canada. I once became out of status in 2005 on my student visa, and was reinstated becuase it was totally school DSO mistake. He didn't know i can take a semester off for my wedding and gave me a semester off, which was against my status.

If you have completed your studies in U.S, then you can go for your first time H1B stamping to Canada.

According to the URL/link in your reply. It says "You are not eligible to apply in canada or Mexico if you have ever been "Out Of Status" before.
Could you please guide me, becuase i took an appointment in Vancour on Feb 08, but didn't apply for canadian visit visa, after i read this eligibility warning on this website.Comment
